Zip Combo is a post emergence herbicide belonging to chemical family of sulfonyl urea herbicides. Zip Combo predominately controls broad leaf weeds of Wheat, Transplated rice and Sugar Cane crops.

Mode of Action: Metsulfuron Methyl belongs to the sulfonylurea group of herbicides. It inhibits the Acetolactate Synthase (ALS) enzyme, which is essential for amino acid synthesis in plants. This stops cell division and growth, leading to the death of susceptible weeds. It is absorbed through leaves and roots and translocated throughout the plant..
